Changing rooms are available 15 minutes before classes.


Requirements:

No health contraindications to participate in physical education classes.
Have your own equipment (appropriate clothing, running shoes).
Motivation to participate in activities regardless of weather conditions.
Qualification for the class is to achieve a minimum score in the Cooper test: women 1800m, men 2000m.


Description:

Classes begin with a group warm-up which prepares you for the main part of the class. During the main part of the class, different forms of running are implemented, adapted to the level of advancement of the group, aimed at progression of general endurance and learning the basic forms of running, marching and athletic exercises.

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
  • Assessing endurance status with a Cooper test.
  • Learning the principles of warm-up. Evaluation of the intensity of the effort on the basis of the heart rate. Developing endurance using the continuous method.
  • Effects of aerobic and anaerobic exercise on body fat reduction. Variable Method Running.
  • Improve running technique and motor skills.
  • Overcoming mental barriers - long distance continuous running.
  • Evaluation of strength progression.
