Description:

The class begins with a warm-up that will prepare your body for strength training. The main part includes sets of exercises in series with the use of equipment (strength machines, medicine balls, kettlebells, pumps, bosu,) or with your own body weight. Each class will involve all major muscle groups. The last part of the class are stretching and calming exercises.

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
  • Initial familiarization with the technique of performing exercises on stationary equipment and using barbells.
  • Developing general and local strength endurance with the use of circuit training under the supervision of the instructor.
  • Familiarizing with the following methods: repetition, speed and strength, endurance and maximum load, which will be used in the later stages of training.
