Fundamentals of Kettlebells Training

Sports Centre at 43 Chełmońskiego street.

Registration through the current registration system.

Classes not available in the winter semester.

Changing rooms are available 15 minutes before classes.


Requirements:

No health contraindications to participate in physical education classes.


Description:

Participants will learn how to properly and safely use kettlebells. They will learn the basic concepts of training with kettlebells, what benefits kettlebell training gives. Students will learn basic techniques in kettlebell training such as swing, clean, snatch and others, and their modifications.

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
  • Introduction to the technique of performing exercises with kettlebells.
  • Getting acquainted with the swing exercise with kettlebells and its modifications.
  • Getting acquainted with the technique of clean and snatch exercises.
  • Kettlebell training using different forms, including kettlebell complex, ladder, 300 training, etc.
