No health contraindications to participate in physical education classes.


Description:

A comprehensive training that strengthens and shapes the whole body. Training is based on basic exercises that are gradually transformed into more complex combinations, involving more and more muscle groups. Combination of exercises and work based on interval training positively influences cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Workout is recommended for beginners because it is the simplest variant of strength training and gradually prepares the body for more advanced exercises.

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
  • Learning and perfecting the technique of performing specific exercises based on the principles and methods of training FBW (Full Body Workout).
