Description:

The class begins with a warm-up accompanied by music to prepare the body for strengthening exercises. The main part includes sets of exercises in series with the use of equipment (medicine balls, kettlebells, pumps, bosu, gym balls, steppes, resistance bands) or with your own body weight. Each class will engage all major muscle groups. The last part of the class is calming and stretching exercises.

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
  • ABT - body shaping, strengthening large muscle groups (abdomen, thighs, buttocks) without fitness equipment.
  • Shape - body shaping, muscle strengthening (arms, abdomen, back, thighs, buttocks) with fitness equipment (dumbbells 1.5 kg, double tube, large gym ball).
  • The 3 kg and 4 kg medicine ball in the context of body shaping and strength endurance development.
  • Body pump - shaping the body, strengthening large muscle groups, shaping strength endurance using a light barbell (about 18 kg).
  • Kettlebells - functional strength using 4 kg, 8 kg, 12 kg weights.
  • Bosu balance - functional strength, dynamics and stabilization using a specialized platform.
  • Suspension system (rip60) - overcoming your own barriers, developing strength endurance.
  • Small exercise circuits using a variety of fitness equipment.
  • Circuit training with a variety of fitness equipment.
