Description:

Exercises familiarizing with the ball. Handball rules. Learning and improvement of ways and rules of movement on the field with and without the ball. Learning and practice how to catch the ball with right and left hand, catching and passing the ball. Learning and practice throwing from different positions. Learning and practice the behavior of players in different positions in a quick attack, positional attack, and different variants of zone defense.

• Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
• Perfecting the movement around the court, perfecting the left and right handed crossover.
• Demonstrate different forms of cooperation in attack, perfecting grabs and passes.
• Improve behavior in positional attack and zone defense.
• Learning and perfecting a selected positional attack while setting up a 6:0, 5:1 defense. Control Game.
• Learning and improving team defensive actions.
• Perfecting cooperation in attack and defense in the form of games 3×3, 4×4, 5×5.
