Exercises that develop a sense of body awareness, natural and assisted stretching, fascia training, counteracting the effects of a sedentary lifestyle and reducing pain in the joints of the spine and prevent posture defect

- Healthy spine - mobilization of the spine in all planes, exercises in high, semi-high and low positions.
- Mind control of movement, releasing muscles from tension and stress, body shaping and strengthening muscle tone - mental body with the use of large gym balls.
- Strengthening the middle muscles - dynamic stabilization of the spine using the bosu.
- Releasing tension in the body - fascial stretching.
- Healthy spine - a lesson inspired by Yoga and bodyArt; natural movement patterns.
- Strengthening core (deep abdominal and back muscles) using small gym balls.
- Healthy spine - strong abdomen - exercises using a roller.
- Releasing the body from tension, stretching large muscle groups - natural stretch.
- Shaping movement patterns - funcional training in the circuit: large gym ball, small gym ball, bosu, roller.
- Posture defect prevention training using a gymnastics ladder.
- Strengthening the back muscles using suspension systems (rip60).
- Isometric muscle relaxation - activity in pairs.
