Description:

Group corrective and compensatory exercises with music, using the resistance of the body or a variety of available equipment (rehabilitation balls, balance platforms, rollers, etc.). Exercises that develop a sense of body awareness, natural and assisted stretching, fascia training, counteracting the effects of a sedentary lifestyle and reducing pain in the joints of the spine and prevent posture defect

  • Organization of the class. Discussing health and safety rules.
  • Healthy spine - mobilization of the spine in all planes, exercises in high, semi-high and low positions.
  • Mind control of movement, releasing muscles from tension and stress, body shaping and strengthening muscle tone - mental body with the use of large gym balls.
  • Strengthening the middle muscles - dynamic stabilization of the spine using the bosu.
  • Releasing tension in the body - fascial stretching.
  • Healthy spine - a lesson inspired by Yoga and bodyArt; natural movement patterns.
  • Strengthening core (deep abdominal and back muscles) using small gym balls.
  • Healthy spine - strong abdomen - exercises using a roller.
  • Releasing the body from tension, stretching large muscle groups - natural stretch.
  • Shaping movement patterns - funcional training in the circuit: large gym ball, small gym ball, bosu, roller.
  • Posture defect prevention training using a gymnastics ladder.
  • Strengthening the back muscles using suspension systems (rip60).
  • Isometric muscle relaxation - activity in pairs.
  • Releasing tension by rolling the fascia with a tennis ball.
  • Releasing tension by rolling the fascia with a roller.
